I have extremely mixed feelings on this book so far. When I first started it, I really hated it. But then the POV switched over to Molly and I realized the thing that I hated was more Brooke's character, rather than the story itself. Which speaks to good writing on the author's part, making me so enraged over a character's personality.

I think this may be turning into a guilty pleasure read, as I wouldn't really call it "good literature" but it has an intriguing storyline. I'll have to see where it goes.

Teddy--potential love interest? I think he was introduced at the right time, to pick the storyline up a bit. I'm still not sure what the "main conflict" is, other than the whole rivalry between the siblings. I feel like there has to be something more, one big event to focus on. Maybe the play?

Just finished the book, it was actually excellent! I surprised myself with how much I liked it. I may be reading the sequel in the near future.

Jessie | 239 comments I just finished the book as well, and I really enjoyed it! I loved the ending, I thought it was the perfect way to conclude the book.

Gabriella (gmargarita) I did like the ending, but I kind of wish we could've seen Molly and Brooke reunited, rather than it just left hanging like that. Though then again that would've probably warranted several more chapters, and there is still a sequel!
