Blog author with no real books...

This seems to be a blogger trying to get more people to read her blog. None of the books have ISBN's or have been published anywhere.

Also, she has put a bunch (five pages worth) of her own quotes in the quotes area with odd tags. I searched for a quote and found hers - and that lead me to wonder who she was and why it was there...

She is a Goodreads Librarian, but I think it's only so she can add her own materials to the site.

Online publishing is valid publishing, and books are not required to have ISBNs. (Additionally, one of those books appears to be an out-of-print Kindle edition.)

The quotes may not be notable. I don't work with quotes much, so I'll leave that to someone else to investigate.

If she has had a published work then we allow her quotes and they do seem to be popular with up to 300 likes.

As far as odd tags go, she isn't the first to think that tagging is an art form. Since she is a librarian there isn't much point in tidying them because she can just put them back.
