I want a book with action, in the survival sense, or fighting the evil lord. I don't want too much romance, but some drama any recommendations?

Maximum Ride series for sure! It has action, is kinda funny, and isn't too much on the romance. Oh, and yes, they're fighting for their lives on a daily basis.
Sounds great, ill pick it up, thanks for recommendation.
