SOLVED. Book similar to Awaken me Darkly [s]

I am looking for a book that is about a group of men from another planet that transport to earth. They come across a group of alien cop type group with a woman that ends up not being completely human. The leader of the aliens takes the woman and keeps her with him. The women ends up having to cut herself to bleed or she gets sick. it seems similar to Awaken me Darkly but it isn't. The alien enforcement group comes to the house the aliens are keeping the girl to rescue her. I think the group of alien men have came to earth because there was a virus that killed off their people. Please help it is driving me nuts!

Arielle Rae--Kitty Kat (the heroine in her suggestion for those who haven't read it) doesn't cut herself. But it's a GREAT series. I have loved the series thus far.

And while I've read Awaken Me Darkly and the other books in that series, I can't think what it could be--unless it's another one of the books in the series? There is a later book where they have men that infected with some kind of alien lifeform that forces them to have sex and pass it on or die horribly.

That is not the one but thanks for the suggestion. Maybe I am getting somethings mixed up. I know for sure one of the first parts of the book is where the group of men transport into a trap by the enforcement group but the aliens are not even slowed down and the leader claims the women.

I think it is Tempt Me Eternally by Gena Showalter. The story was included with a story of Kresley Cole's. The name of the book was "Deep Kiss of Winter". Don't know if it is sold separately from Cole's story. Hopefully its the right one. :-)

Your are my new favorite person! That is the one. I have been trying to find that all weekend. I normally listen to audio books and I have over 1000 audio books that I have gone through the descriptions 4 times it was driving me crazy. I bought Deep Kiss of Winter on Kindle format because it is not available in audio book. I went through my Kindle books too but didn't look twice at Deep Kiss of Winter because I forgot it had 2 stories not just part of the Immortals after Dark series. Anyway thank you for your help!
