i'm trying to find another book to read.... i've tried the Mortal Instruments series and couldnt get into it... looking into Blue Bloods, Thirst No. 1 The Last Vampire, Black Blood, Red Dice, Marked, or Vampire Academy... suggestions?

im reading 3 books at the moment....
1. the darkest pleasure- REALLY awsome. i tottaly love demon books.

2. where the heart is- its a so/so for right now. but its gettin there.

3. the fury and the dark reunion [[the vampire diares 3 & 4:]]- at the moment im STOPIN it. it made me mad lol.

that's interesting. i love the MORTAL INSTRUMENTS but my roommate says she cant get into them either. and it took me awhile to warm up to the series because i think CITY OF BONES started off kind of rocky...

There are four published already. There will be a total of five books from Rose's point of view in the Vampire Academy series.

Richelle Mead says that there could be more about another character later on after the series is complete.

The Host is AWESOME... but yeah as Melzz said it takes a couple of chapters before it starts to lure you in.

has anyone heard of THE LOOKING GLASS WARS series by frank beddor? the 3rd book in the series comes out thursday. they're sooooo good!!! thats what i would recommend :D

i never read the Host either. some ppl say its good. but it doesnt look really good 2 me.. i think ima get it from the library && if i like it i may buy it lol.

it's a revisionist version of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, kind of like Wicked is for Wizard of Oz. the idea is that everything from lewis carroll's book is REAL, but he just got it WRONG. they're amazingg! the characters are just great and it's a really really fun, imaginative read :]

1 to 10..... I give it a 9 only because it takes a few chapters to get into it. I liked the book much more the 2,3,and 4th time I read it. I loved the uglies but I didn't read the extras. Should I?

I'm only on Specials so I don't know. It's part of the series, but its different. It's not in Tally's perspective, which makes me think it will be either better or worse, but I have to finish Specials first.
