Substituting New Book Preview for previous.

Dear Librarian ~

Thank you for assisting with the following matter.
I have recently uploaded a more extensive preview for my book. I would like to delete the previous, as I feel this most recent one is more all inclusive for those wishing to get an idea of the book.
I have looked at the available PDF's and have not seen how to successfully delete the previous one.
Thank you for advising of how to do.
If this is something that must be done by you ~ Please note that the PDF with the greater size is the one I want to keep.

There was no size values beside either pdf. I deleted the other version date: 8/7/2013. The one left is 8/9/2013 date.

Was that the right one?

For my future knowledge, Deon ~ whenever one wants to change excerpts, is contacting the librarian the right thing to do?, or is there a way to proceed?
And, if I should want to upload the Kindle version preview as well, how to do without losing the optional PDF (which represents the soft cover paperback version).

I really do not know how it looks on author's dashboards. But, you can always post in this group and get help.

Before, you had a pdf on each edition. I deleted the one on the Kindle, so in the future you should be able to upload it the kindle edition. It should work similar as before.
