Hi, I'm Kay. This is my first book club and I am excited to chat with you all about books and find new ones. A bit about me: I live in Texas near the coast, adore the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy trilogy, and it will probably take me a couple months to read through the list of TBRs that have accumulated at a distressingly fast pace over the past two days.

Som, thank you! And I haven't seen the movie, but I can see how it would be disappointing compared to the books.
Kyly, the trilogy is amazing- you should give it a try. :) How is Life Expectancy so far? Koontz has been recommended to me but I've never read anything by him.

Dean Koontz is amassing! I only have about two chapters left. I am now even more scared of clowns now, than i was before!I love this book. And I think i will pick up the trilogy pretty soon. Thanks!

My name is Jess. I love to read sci fi, fantasy, teen, some literature. Really any good story would do for me. Oh and mystery! I can't go into a book store with out buying SOMETHING. I also like to write. I am currently writing a book called Malaya: A History. It started with school project, but I loved it so much I continued writing.
