Not necessarily. It's possible to memorize material for a test without understanding it. A teacher I had in college called it the "get-and-spit" method. Get the facts, spit them back, know nothing.

No, I think not. A school is made up of more than just tests. Yes some schools get good tests but it's not always the teacher it could just be a genius year of students or a really easy exam year so the results are high.When it comes to picking a school, I would keep the results in mind but I would look for one where the Bullying is low, they have good clubs and groups and the sports are varied so I could try many things. Never would I base a school as being good by its results.

Also, there are always those people who are super super smart but don't test well. That lowers scores but doesn't give an accurate result.
