Well Link and Ula are looking for a ship, Nero is a captain in the marines, so he'd have a ship but he could be chasing you (through West Blue or South Blue) since they're both from West Blue and Zeo is a Mercenary so you'd probably have to hire him but I could do anything with him since I haven't RPed with him yet :)
