No need for deletion. That way we can have a reference [history] why a change to edition has been done. I have combined with the original edition but please take a look at this andthis
The first link is to the whole book the second link is to the fist part of that book. Sometimes when books are translated they are separated in parts. If you think I have not combined properly please let us know, I was following the series number.
It was supposed to match the original edition, I'm sorry, I did not told you. And the original edition is http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/13...This (http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/13...) is another edition in Brazilian Portuguese, but not what I asked you to combine.
