A post on May 29 in Poetry Chat may be self promotion by Kuo - or maybe not.

Oops! I have made the thread but forgot to put in the dates.

Thank you, Leslie. The dates are rather arbitrary anyway; we're a bit slower than our own schedule. LOL!

Hi Petra. You can add a folder yourself (I think) but come back to me if you can't!

Thanks, Leslie. Sadly, the person doesn't seem to understand our no self-promotion policy: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

The read-a-thon is the last full week end of the month; since this coming Sunday is already October, we've had it last week end. But I've sent the invitation to all group members! Didn't you receive it Tweedledum?

I just received a weird scam message on Goodreads from someone asking me to reply to get millions of dollars to give to widows who need it . Just wanted to give you guys the heads up in case you received it too. I blocked the user and flagged it to Goodreads.
Definitely weird ! A very long mail with a religious bent and talking about banking info and wanted a reply !!!
Heather, have you posted the Nov Readathon as an 'event' yet? I saw your thread but have not received an invitation yet. I cannot find it listed in AAB's events either. link: https://www.goodreads.com/event/list_...
Sorry Bette. Thanks for reminding me, will do that. Its been ages since I ran the readathon!

Hi Tweedledum, this had slipped my mind (again). I don't know we always forget as it's such a popular event!
As you constantly have to remind us I would be more than happy for you to set up the thread rather than post to remind us here!! I can then send out the invite to the event
It would be a good idea as particularly in the UK it's a bank holiday. I will set it up today

Can we post the Buddy Reads on the homepage as we do the current reads? It would make it easier to keep up with. Why we're reading, Buddy Read.
I have asked this question numerous times but haven't received the answer I'm looking for. I was asked to link my book title on a book group but I no longer remember how to do this. Someone said to click on the comment box but where would I find this. Please help me as I understand the group's frustration when I don't provide the link.

The only way I can think of when people say click on the comment box is either the add book/author or (some HTML is ok) links above the box. They should help.
