Last year, a local violent event got my attention and I dashed off a short story. It was a horrific event, and it got the media's attention for about twelve hours. To date there have been no arrests and I believe the investigation has been dropped. My story is a 3000 word short, and is very dark. it has gutter language and deals with a particularly ugly situation. I have rewritten it four times and need six beta readers to take a look and report back. This isn't a call for editing, this is a call for reader impressions. Please message me if you are interested.
