Shadow balanced on her crutch and slowly started walking to the car.

Shadow reached the car door and smiled proud of herself. She opened the door and sat down, crutch standing up between her knees.
Aspen smiled a bit and walked to the drvers side of his car and got in
"Ok, so just take a left out of the driveway and drive straight, it'll appear soon." she said.
He nodded following her directions
Soon Shadow saw a small shop appear between the trees, "There." she said.
"Yup I see." Aspen said as he pulled in
Shadow nodded and looked at the shop, it was a little bit different than it was before.
He parked and turned the car off," Alright in to buy what we need ."
"Ok." Shadow nodded and opened the car door, propping herself up on her crutch.
Aspen got out and waited for her to get out and stuff... Really he just wanted to help her around
Shadow smiled and took his hand into hers with her free hand she smiled and kissed his cheek, walking to the store.
He smiled at her as he walked slowly next to her.
Shadow pushed the door open. She inhaled the old familiar smell. The the person at the cashier wasn't someone she knew so Shadow walked past to the food.
Aspen followed her into the store. She knew where she was and he didn't have a clue what was going on He was just going to follow her around like a lost puppy
Shadow looked around and got a bag of vegetables from the baskets, she got some milk and cheese too, she also got some salami, "What do you want for lunch?" she asked.
Aspen watched as she shopped," I don't care what we have.... Get what you want I'm not picky." He said
"Ok, do you mind chicken though?" she asked as she took some chicken wings.
He shook his head," Nope I'm fine with it." He said
Shadow smiled and picked up some other stuff, she also got some popcorn, she loved popcorn. "Ok, that's all, let's go." she said, heading to the cash register, she got out her wallet to pay.
Aspen followed her around. He sat her as she got different things and smiled when she picked up the popcorn. " alright I'm coming," he said following her to pay," why don't you let me pay for it?" He asked softly as she tea her for her wallet
Shadow smiled, "Alright, but I'm cooking." she said and put her wallet back.
Aspen grinned," I can deal with that." He said taking his wallet out and paying for their groceries
Shadow gathered everything into one big bag and let Aspen take it, "We you'll have to." she said sticking her tongue out playfully at him.
Aspen took the bag from her and shook his head," You are crazy Shadow." He said but followed her out to his car
"Why thank you." she said and grinned as she hobbled over to the car.
He chuckled softly as he walked next to her. He wanted to make sure she was alright and it also was the polite thing to do
Shadow smiled as she got into the car.
He got in after putting the bag I. The back seat.. He started the car and drove back to te house((Gtg... Night will answer in morning)$
Shadow looked at the house, she took his hand and then got out of the car.
((Last one))Aspen got out of the car and grabbed the bag and took her gags walking inside slowly so she could keep up
Shadow hobbled into the house with Aspen, "Just set them down on the counter." she said as she found the radio and turned it on.

Aspen watched her walk around the kitchen.," alright." He said and put the bag on the counter
Shadow hummed along to the song, swaying a bit as she organized the food and started cooking.
Aspen leaned against the counter as he watched her. He smiled her could get used to watching her do this everyday
Shadow finished preparing the chicken and put it in the oven, she made salad and some rice too.
Aspen watched her leaning against the counter," Do you want me to help you?" He asked
"You can shred the cheese." she said pointing to the shredder, "But only a little." she said as she checked on the chicken wings.
He nodded," okay I can do that." He said pushing off the counter and shredding some cheese
She smiled and finished making the rice, she checked on the chicken again and looked at Aspen, "Is the cheese ready?" she asked.
He finished shredding the cheese and looked over at her, " yup it's all done." He said
She took the small bowl and sprinkled it on the salad, she tossed the salad and handed the bowl to Aspen. "Can you put that on the table?" she said. She turned back to the oven and checked on the wings, yup they were ready. She took them out of the over and set the platter on top of the oven.
He took the bowl from her and nodded," Yeah I can." He said walking to the table and setting the bowl down
Shadow breathed in the aroma of the chicken wings and smiled, they will be delicious. She took two plates and turned to Aspen, "How many do you want?"
((Sorry Kate I wasn't feeling well earlier))Aspen walked back into the kitchen," It smells good in here." He said and came up behind her, " hmmm... I'll have three." He said wrapping his arms around her waist and gently kissing her neck

Shadow smiled and laughed a little, "Thanks." she said and put three chicken wings on a plate, "Here." she said as she put the plate on the counter next to her. She turned around and hugged him, "You are the best person in the whole world." she murmured into his chest.
