Shadow stood for a few seconds with him in his room taking a last glance.
Shadow looked up at Aspen, tears in her eyes, she buried her head in his chest.
She didn't want him to ever let her go.
Shadow felt Aspen start to slowly walk to the door, she sighed quietly.
Shadow felt Aspen start to slowly walk to the door, she sighed quietly.
Aspen took one last look around his house, then walked out the door closing a locking it behind him.
Shadow just let Aspen carry her quietly, not feeling like talking, she felt sad.
Shadow stared at air, she twisted around to take her hairbrush out of her bag, she started brushing her hair slowly, it took her mind off of things.
((where should the cottage be? Preferably somewhere away from where they already live.))
(( and also, sure Michigan will be fine:) ))
Shadow looked at Aspen, "It's in Michigan, the adress is 7845 Jalit Lake road, it's next to the Arcadia Dunes nature preserve." she told him.
Shadow nodded and took the gps. ((btws, arcadia dunes nature preserve is actually a place, I took the liberty of looking at the map of Michigan:D))
She finished entering the adress, "You're welcome." she said and smiled.
Shadow positioned herself comfortably, it was going to be a long ride. ((skip?))
*****Later*****
Shadow was in a light sleep when the car pulled into the driveway.
Shadow was in a light sleep when the car pulled into the driveway.
Aspen pulled into the driveway and parked the car. He looked over at Shadow and smiled a little. He reached over and gently touched her shoulder, "Shadow."
Shadow groaned and buried her face in the car seat, not wanting to wake up.
Aspen smiled and got out of his car and walked to the otherside of the car and opened her door. He gently scooped her up.
Shadow mumbled something unintelligent in her sleep and buried her face in Aspen's chest.
Shadow opened her eyes slowly, "The welcome sign on top of the door, taped to the back." she said sleepily.
