Read this book. I've met Shirley & will always think highly of her as both a human being & an actress/entertainer. I thought, there's a good reason Warren Beatty wasn't overly chummy with Sachi. She comes off as a very narcissistic mixed-up person who embellishes & lies........enough already ! It got to be very boring with her beating the same drum throughout the book.

Maybe you are prejudiced against Sachi because you like Shirley and haven't seen her negative side. I believe her! If she--Sachi--is screwed up as you say, it is because of her terrible parents and their abysmal child raising!
