Hmm. Interesting way of presenting the 'facts'. I'm about 100 pages in so no sign of a murder yet.

Okay, I bothered to finish. 2 stars for okay. I don't think I'd like to read another book in that sort of bitty format. Call me old-fashioned, but I read to escape, not to have to have paper and pen to hand so I can take notes.
Great if you want to feel as if you're personally involved in an investigation though.
I'm sorry, I tried with the book, but I'm finding the format difficult to get into. I think I'll have to skip this month's read.
For what it's worth - the top 3 reviewers of this book on its main page that gave it 5 stars pretty much give 5 stars to everything they read, whether they seem to like it or not. Kinda like Amazon or other review places. You can't judge a book by other people's opinions online because they always put the best ones first. You have to search hard for the few critisisms that people bother to post.
Not so sure about that Christina as I've not looked at other reviews in that way. What I do know is that it's frustrating when you get a poor review or low rating without even a comment, and unexpected 5 star reviews are rejected by Amazon for reasons they won't explain. I also know that I don't give a poor review or rating when I've not enjoyed a book as 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder' and just because I haven't enjoyed a book doesn't mean that others wont.

I read a review that referred to the format, and having [started to] read something using a similar format, decided to give this one a miss.
