"Yea, that's pretty ironic too, seeing as how I don't usually fail." she smiled and nudged him a little.

Night smiled when she nudged him and had to ask. "Sure we're not dreaming?"

Ebony wondered for a second. "It sure seems like it, doesn't it." she said thoughtfully. "I mean, I NEVER thought I'd find a guy like you. You're funny, and you don't let me push you around." she said.

Night smiled. "Should I let you push me around? And leone I said, beautiful, nice and fights pretty well."

Ebony laughed. "Don't look now, but I think you just admitted I can fight well." she said jokingly. "And, of course you shouldn't let me push you around! I like someone who can hold their own." she said. "Besides, I'm pretty sure I could crush you like a bug if you let me." she said and smiled.

Ebony was trying to stay awake, but the warmth of the blanket and the crackle of the fire were so comforting that she began to feel her eyes closing. "Do you mind if I go to sleep?" she asked half awake.
