Some of the actors who played the Doctor weren't very good actors in general, I thought. I only watch ones with certain actors as Dr. Who.

Well, now, I am attempting to apply eyeliner while typing a comment and looking in a mirror.

True. Lining the bottom's easy. It's the top that takes to long to get a straight line on. Plus, to add to the time consumption, after I line it with the pencil, I take a brush and dab black eye shadow over the line. It looks SO much better, but takes a little longer.

That's actually a good idea!

Haha! It defines and darkens the line as well as evening out the color. Also, the shadow has little bits of sparkles in it, so when you blink, they catch the light.
