Oh sure - and I thought it was a great review btw! Oddly enough I'm one of those weirdos that appreciates honest criticism, it helps me improve my craft and that is what its all about. I have forbidden my friends from leaving reviews - they love me too much to be objective.
ARC - Advance Review Copy. There are different levels of this, but in general it means that the book is not a completely polished copy. In the final version the story and plot line will not have changed, but there could be sentences that were re-written for clarity, typos fixed and ebook formatted as per industry standards with a click-able table of contents.
So in short it's basically still going through it's final polish.
Some authors use the ARCs to get feedback to ensure the story is clear and that it will be well-received.
As you may have noticed I have a terrible time with comma splicing and semi-colons. I have nightmares about punctuation. But that's why I paid for an editor and proof reader so the final manuscript will be clean.

And FYI if you're still in Melbourne and would like to visit "the park" on the river just head over the melbourne causway (192) and take a left at the first light once you get over the bridge. The tree is gone, Hurricane Ivan (I think) finally did it in - I bawled like a little baby when I got out of my car and saw it was gone. But the dock is still there;)
