Bradley walked to some of the trees, leading Thunder so the horse could rest and eat some grass.

She looked over and smiled softly then went back to watching the water crash over the little rocks, it was cute, like a mini waterfall
He unsaddles Thunder and the horse takes off in the direction of Cassandra. He jumps over the river and lowers his huge head flicking his ears back a forth looking at Bradley
Thunder presses his nose into her palm, snorting softly. Bradley shakes his head and walks over to them, "Thunder, leave her in peace."
Thunder lifts his head to Bradley and walks into the small stream, the water doesn't come up to his knees. The horse puts his head against Bradley's shoulder nudging him, looking for something. "I don't have any." Bradley said softly
S when they get back should we have the parents tell them about the marriage thing then he starts flirting and she gets all eep and we go from there?
Sure that's fine with me."I usually have sugar cubes in my pocket." He explained. Thunder snorted unhappily in his face, which caused Bradley to shake his head.
"Ohhh." She said quietly and looked over at Thunder, "haha poor dear" she pulled out an apple she'd secretly hidden away for him "here" she said and patted his nose softly
Thunder swung his head in her direction eating the apple in about two bites. "That right there is how to when over a horse." Bradley said laughing softly.
She nodded with a grin, "not that I needed it, you loved me anyways didnt you thunder?" She asked happily
She grinned, "of course" and tilted her head looking up at the sky. "It's getting dark, we should go home"
He nodded, "Yes we probably should." He whistled softly for Thunder who trotted over like an obedient puppy. Bradley swiftly saddled the horse and looked over at Cassandra, "You ready?" he asked waiting to lift her onto Thunder.
She smiled a little as they began the ride back home and hummed under her breath as she watched the trees go by in the distance
He smiled softly at her humming as they rode back. The sun setting behind them as they rode up to the stables. He dismounted and helped Cass down before going about and getting Thunder ready for bed.
She walked back into the castle and to her room yawning when her parents intercepted her, "where's Bradley?" "In the stables, he'll be up in a moment"
The nod, "we need to talk"
"What about?" She aske d curiously
"You'll see when he gets here"
He finished up putting Thunder to bed. He walked to his room only to be stopped by Cass's parents and her standing in the hall. He walked up to them, "Is something wrong?" he asked
She shrugged and they sat them down on the bed explaining that they were to be married in a week. "Mother you can't!" She squeaked looking at the two of them nervously.
He was as shocked as she was. He was speechless. He thought sure they were friends and got a long together, but that didn't mean anything. Sure he liked her, but he knew forcing her to do anything would just make her hate it more. Bradley looked between her parents, "We are going to be married in a week." he said slowly.
She bit her lip and looked at him wide eyed, she couldn't. Not him. She covered her mouth and said nothing not wanting to offend him.
He looked at her out of the corner of his eye. To him she looked like she was either horrified or enrage, he couldn't tell which. He looked at his childhood friend the thought of marrying her had never crossed his mind until her parents said something about it.
She looked over at him and without a word her parents got up and whispered something to Bradley about her coming around with a little persuasion. They patted his back and walked out together. She started after the, for a minute them looked back at him eyes wide, not sure what to ay or how to react.
He nodded to show that he had heard them. Although he thought it would take him forever to get her to come around. He watched as her parents left. His eyes wandered to Cassandra, "Are you alright?" He asked breaking the tension-filled silence
She said nothing and just stared at him. "Husband...him?" She thought and bit her lip squeaking softly but not saying anything.
He could see that the news had pretty much shocked her speechless. Well he thought I'm just going to leave her to think about all of this and frankly I'm going to think about it too. He got up and went to the door, " I'm going to my room. Good night Cass." He said walking to his door
She nodded softly and as soon as he was gone hid her head in the pillows crying softly, she didnt get a choice. Not who she wanted to marry. Logically, he wasn't a terrible choice...it was...all just so sudden. She was unprepared. She slipped on her robe and snuck out I to the forest, she needed to think.
He headed into his room thinking of how this news changed everything. Yes he and Cass were close when they were little but they had grown distant over the years. It's not like he would mind being married to her, but he had wanted to ask her himself not force her. He heard someone in the hall. But he continued his passing and thinking. What he really wanted to do was go and find Thunder.
She walked over to this little rock ledge she had found years ago and sat there on the moss thinking with her head on her hand. She sighed softly, this couldn't happen. She cried again, softly wiping the tears with the back of her hand.
He headed out to the stables in the near dark. He needed to think and he knew talking about this to someone would help, but he had no one here. The next best thing was his horse.
She sighed and when it began to get lighter out returned to the castle falling asleep the minute she put her head on the pillow. The next morning time skiiiip
(( okay last one)) Bradley woke up having fallen asleep in the stall with Thunder. He got up and walked back in to the castle some hay was stuck in his hair and his clothes did look too good. He walked into his room and fell onto the bed groaning.
((Alright I'm awake now!)He woke up flat on his stomach in his bed. He rolled over rubbing the sleep from his eyes and sitting up. Everything from last night coming back to him in a rush.
She groaned softly and then cuddled back up with her pillows in bed nor wanting to forget the dream she had.
She saw him and bit her lp, just trying to act as she would have before. Se raised her hand as a hello and smiled a little
She bit her lip and watched him go then walked out to the garden and sat on the bench her arms around her knees
He ate quickly, taking an apple and some sugar from the kitchen. He walked out to the stables to talk to Thunder again, like he had last night.
