Adding A New Book and Correct Author

I am trying to add this book from Amazon of which I am the author: http://www.amazon.com/Chasing-Dragon-...

I tried to manually add the book, and it didn't seem to be working, so I inadvertently did it twice.

Now there are two out there. Can you delete one of these, and then combine the amazon version with the goodreads created version?

Also, there are more than one Mark Matthews, and as it is now, it is attributed to the other Mark Matthews, so please add under my books.

I know, I'm asking a lot.

Okay, I think I got it all. I only saw one edition in total though. Has the book been released in any format other than Kindle?

Also, FYI, you are Mark^^Matthews (with two spaces between your first and last names).

I had remembered my name needed to be modified, I just wasn't sure how.

It is only in kindle, paperback is coming soon.
