Did #336 except for Arnold K Ttgen.Seems this last name might have a vowel rather than a period missing. Would prefer someone more knowledgeable in Dutch or German (which this seems to be) to do this one.

I think 336 might need to be "Arnold Köttgen" ; but, since not that fluent like Bea I'd rather let someone more comfortable with the language edit.
