Well, sorta....I'm also one of those people who take sneak peeks at the end of books(drives my girlfriend crazy), so I know where it's headed.

Bet you don't read much Agatha Christie. I've got a friend who actually reads the last CHAPTER of every book before he starts it. How's that for strangte?
Depending on the book, I read different amounts of the ending. And I usually don't do it before I have read anything at the beginning. Usually, I can get to about the halfway point, then there will be something that gets me going. Then the pressure builds up....and I just NEED to know more... I'll start reading the last two, three pages; if that doesn't satisfy me, I'll read more.

Can't help myself.
I find this all so funny - I would never jump to the end first - I don't want to know !! It never occurred to me that people might jump ahead - I wonder if Michael considers this when he writes....hmmmm I'll have to ask him.

If I skim for names then I have fair warning of events to come. I don't want to know how things happen but I need a peek so I can avoid major emotional trauma ;-)
