Co-Author Name Not Appearing After Edits

I've tried several times (from multiple computers) to add another co-author to these books:

When I save, the first co-author (Andrea Horner) doesn't appear on the page. Is it because her name is so similar to that of the first author (Andrew Horner, her father)?

Andrea Horner and Dave Wyrtzen should be listed as co-authors for both books. I had no trouble adding Wyrtzen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Probably due to similarity. Trying a workaround now. And fixed :)

Do either of these pubs have an ISBN? Couldn't find one yet myself...

Thank you so much! I have the first book in my possession, and it does not have an ISBN. I assume the second probably doesn't either.
