"Read by" instead of first name of narrator starting these profiles

These author profiles need to have "read by" removed (after adding role of "Narrator" on most of the books). Breaking up into smaller lists in case easier for multiple librarians to address. And did not check if change requires merging to goodreads authors.

Oddly, some of these "read by" profiles are also listed as "illustrator" of the books (I don't have all exact book editions in hands but some of the titles in other editions definitely are not illustrated books).

The "read by" author profiles still seem to exist. But books are missing from the profiles? Maybe the books but not the profiles were edited?
