Are available "free on..." notes allowed in book descriptions?

I know links aren't allowed nor "ephemeral"/expiring notes, but can book descriptions now say things like "free on amazon" (for example, Zombie Dash)?

I thought most of the free offerings on amazon had only a limited time available for free (well, at least the amazon kdp programs)—I know, amazon policies not a goodreads librarian issue but that's what makes me think the free-on-amazon notices in book descriptions are actually promotions that have a limited time of availability.
