I am excited to announce some great news! An author, who was consistently turned down, received a contract from a book publisher within 7 days of turning in her newly edited manuscript. A manuscript that I edited for her.

To celebrate, I am offering a 50% discount to all new clients for their first manuscript. I will edit any genre and I am far from squeamish.

After upgrading my grammar in 2007 through the University of Western Ontario, I began offering editing services. As a freelance editor, I have worked with many authors in a variety of ways including proofreading, critiques, deep editing, line editing and mentoring.

My editing services are done in Word with track changes and comments. I include a short critique of the novel with my editing and a separate document containing notes that help you grow as an author.

Just received new feedback from one of the authors I work with, a manuscript was accepted on the first pass. The publisher said, and I quote, "The manuscript was very, very clean. So clean in fact, that it doesn't need anything done to it. It's going directly to the proofing editor as is."
