Niall walked in, tossing his keys and glasses onto the table.

After finding something to entertain himself for an hour of waiting, he cursed. "D*** goody two shoes" he said in the mirror, decoding to go get Sadie.

Sadie, quiet as a mouse, unlocked the door. Her father was passed out on the sofa as usual. She grabbed the remote and turned the TV off and attempted to haul the man upstairs to his bedroom. She just managed to slump him on to his bed. He groaned and slurred something before turning over and falling back asleep.

"I love you Dad" she said, turning off the light, a lump in her throat. She closed his door and walked back downstairs.

Her vision was slightly obscured as she'd had 'One too many'. She started drinking a glass of water, looking out of the kitchen window.

A pair of hands wrapped around Sadie' waist, the familiar face held a malicious smile, eyes hidden behind aviators. "You shouldn't have done that," he whispered a threat

She jumped slightly, feeling the familiar arms around her waist. If her father caught them...
"Done what?" she said, sickenly sweet.
