How can I get my book to be free on amazon?

Sometimes I see these books on Amazon that are permanently free. I know they're permanent, it's not some sort of temporary promotion.
I'd like to do this with my book too, but I have no idea why it won't work?

I've published my book at B&N: http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/ravel...

And you can see it's free over there.

Yet on Amazon it just won't got free: http://www.amazon.com/Raveled-Erotic-...

Anybody have any tips to get this done? 'Cause I thought Amazon would pricematch these.

On your amazon book page, at the bottom of Product Details are links for three issues comments, including 'tell us about a lower price' if people click on this and provide the link to B&N and state that it is free there, eventually Amazon will get the message and make it free there Clarissa :)
