What was your final thoughts of Kevin and how glad were you that Katie finally made it free?

Safe Haven by Nicholas Sparks has easily become one of my favourite books however after reading the ending I did in some aspect feel sorry for Kevin. I understand everything he did was completely wrong and lets face it, he was a psychopath! However in the end I felt awful for his character because he did have some serious issues, constantly drinking mixed with a serious case of OCD!
The relief that Katie had finally found someone she could love and trust was so worth it in the end! I really loved this book and could probably read it all over again.

I’ve heard this is to be a movie, I'm not sure though.
liked the story. I don't want to be a spoiler, but the neighbor twist in the plot was terrific.
