He bit his lip. " the one place I didn't check..."
She wondered how long he'd been trying to find her "I could...come over there"
He smiled. "You sure?"
She nodded "if you want me to"
He smiled at her. "Okay...."
Rikki nodded "alright, I'll be over in a minute." She ended the IM
He smiled, and poked the rainbow as it disappeared.
She hurried and got ready then ran to the chariot track
He smiled at Elise and waited.

He watched her go. "Thanks." He smiled.

Rikki showed up a few minutes later, waving at Matthew
He stood up and walked toward Thaddeus. "Who's your friend?" He asked Elise.
Matthew smiled and ran to her.
"Hey" Rikki said and hugged him
Matthew smiled and hugged her back. "Hey Rikki."

"Sorry I've been gone so long" she smiled
He smiled. "It's fine.... But Rikki...." He had something to to say.
She looked at him "um, yeah?"
"I'm gonna take a break from dating..." He replied, sighing. It was confusing.
"Oh...." She bit her lip. Looking down at her feet and taking a step back from him. Rikki rubbed the back if her neck glancing at him "oh, alright...."
He smiled. "Okay?" He asked, still wanting to see her.
She nodded, not saying anything for a while "yeah....okay..." She was trying really hard not to seem sad
He nodded. "Okay....." Then thought. "Wanna ride in a chariot?" He said happily.
He just like...broken up with her and wanted to go chariot racing with her? Rikki nodded slowly glancing at the chariots "I guess..."
He looked toward Elise for help, not wanting to make Rikki sad. "Sorry....."

He was confused.
Well it was kind of hard not to be sad considering he just wanted her to come over so he could...could break up with her! Rikki shook her head "no, it's alright...let's just ride in that chariot...."
He wondered. "Or do you want to get ice cream? Or cheese cake? Or.. Or go to the bottom of the ocean?" He asked, though he didn't exactly love water.
Rikki bit her lip, though those things sounded nice she wasn't up for it, not now "you know....actually I gotta go back to my place...."
He sighed. "Oh... Okay."

He watched her go with sad and pleading eyes.
Rikki walked away then after awhile started running, and here came the tears.....She hurried to her cabin

Matthew ran toward her, maybe he could make this work... With Elise's help of course.
He was following her! She ran faster, she didn't want him to see her cry
He ran faster. "Rikki!" He called after her.

She kept running, tears blurred her vision. Rikki didn't answer him
Matthew caught up to her, then block her way. "Wait... Rikki."
She stopped and wiped angrily at her eyes "what!" Rikki hated crying
He went closed to her and swallowed. "Maybe we can make this work..... And make me less confused..... If you still want to.... And I'm sorry....." Why was she mad?
She was a little mad since he'd followed her. She wanted to be alone "but...you said...you needed a break..." Rikki kept wiping at her eyes not looking at him and her hair covered her face
He sighed and wiped her tears, smiling gently at her. "Only from being confused...."
She wouldn't met his eyes "confused about...what?"
