I Quit Sugar

A girlfriend recommended this as I commented on how fantastic she was looking. Having a go, and notice my sugar cravings are dropping, and a few centimetres, after a week or so. My head feels clearer. I like the book - but there doesn't seem to be a lot of recipes for main meals and dinners. Quite a few soup recipes and snacks. Im working on the premise that lean red meat and chicken with veg in the evenings is ok. I miss my apples and mandarins though, but possibly 3-4 serves of fruit a day was a bit much. Does anyone have any main meal ideas that they recommend that work on the I quit sugar level?
