Wait time in librarian request

Hello! I submitted a request to become a librarian a few days ago, but I haven't received a response yet. I know the administrators are busy, but does anyone have an idea of how long I can expect to wait before hearing back? I'm eager to make some changes to my own author page which only librarians are allowed to do. Thanks!

Matthew, authors are not usually given librarian status to work on their own books' records. The author permissions are more limited than librarian permissions on purpose.

If there are changes which require a librarian, you can always request them here in the librarian group.

There isn't much that a librarian can do that an author cannot do to their own books, what do you have in mind? We can do NOTHING on a Goodreads Author page.

You won't hear anything if you are not accepted as a librarian and nothing is likely to happen over a weekend. Not everyone is accepted.

Also, it looks like you accidentally transferred your book records to a different author profile. You are Matthew^^Hickman, with two spaces between your first and last names, to distinguish you from another author with the same name. Be sure not to remove those spaces or the book will be moved to the other author profile. You also had two identical records both for the Kindle edition with ASIN B004LLIEZW (one had the ASIN in the ISBN field), so I merged those. Is there anything else you need to do?
