"Yea, I talked to him earlier." He answersBlaze looks at Josh with a sad puppy dog look
She was a bit surprised, after everything she'd seen since meeting him again he seemed more serious than that. "Alright....if you say so...""Brave..." He sighed, petting him again. "I don't know what to do...."
"Don't worry about it." He said sitting down He barks a little laying down
"Alright, so tell me how to do this then." she said taking a seat beside them."Alright Brave...show me what you want boy..."
He hands her a control and strated to tell her about all the buttons Brave got up and walked to the door
She nodded as she listened. "Okay," She said after he was finished. "It doesn't sound that hard. Ready when you are."Josh sighed, shaking his head but followed Brave over and opened the door.
He started the game up and looked over her. "ready set go." He saidBrave lead him over to Charlotte
She bit her lip as she tried. Alright, so maybe not so easy.... she thought, not doing so well.Josh looked down at the dog, frowning slightly. "What Brave?"
Luke grins and nudges her. "Easy you say?"Brave nudges Charlotte and then nudges Josh
She rolled her eyes. "Alright, maybe not.. ..but first time Herr remember...""Brave..."
He grins even more. "Yea yea, first time.""What is going on with the dog?" She ask without looking up
"So any tips then?" She asked, glancing away from the screen and over at him, raising an eyebrow. She was already loosing badly anyway....Josh shrugged. "I'm really not sure..."
He sighs and thought about it and told her some tips"Brave, calm down buddy everything is fine."
she nodded, trying to remember it all. "Alright....I think I got it..."Josh bent down, trying to calm him down but it was no use.
"Ready set go!" He said and started a new gameBrave dash between them both and race outside into the pouring rain that had started up a few minutes ago. "Oh no!" Charlotte cries and jumps up to go after him
She bit her lip, focusing on the screen. She still wasn't doing well but hey, she was doing a lot better than last time...."Brave! Come here!" Josh shouted as he ran after the dog.
They play for over a hour before Luke stops the game. "You did great!"Charlotte follows Josh out into the rain
"I still lost pretty badly." She pointed out. "Wouldn't really call that great." she said but was smiling."Brave! Come here boy!" Josh called, chasing down the dog.
"You were great just live with it." He said with a grin Brave barks but didn't stop as they ran after him.
She rolled her eyes. "Okay okay, whatever you say....""Brave!" Josh groaned, completely soaked now. "Come back!"
"Come on next thing." he said standing up with a pop from his back Charlotte slips on some mud and land with a crash. "Ow...." She groans. She didnt get up as she yelled after Brave. "Brave! Come here!"
"Okay.....wand what's next she asked, raising an eyebrow at him as she stood.Josh paused when he heard Charlotte fall, throwing one more glance in the direction Brave had gone before turning to Charlotte again, heading over. "You alright?"
"Ummmmmm I havent plan this far." He mumbles but tapped his chin. "Follow me."
"Alright...." She said slowly, trailing after him.
He leads her around the base to the outside of the world"Yes." She mumbles
Taylor looked around a bit. How long had it been since she;d been up here? Days? A week? Longer? She wasn't sure, but she doubted anyone had even noticed she was gone.
"What that dog doing?" She ask getting up Logan grins as the sunshine shone down at them it felt good
"I have no idea...." He grumbled. "Brave!" He called again. "Come here boy!"Taylor was also relaxing a bit in the sun. "So how long have I been down there for? Time kind of blends...."
Charlotte took one step and bites back a yelp. She took another step and started to limp. "Brave come here!" She calls soak down to the bone "Probably alomst a week." he answers thoughfully
"Hey are you alright?" He frowned when he noticed her limp. He was also completely soaked but at the moment didn't really care."It's all so different than from the way things are up here...."
"We just got to look for that ding dog." Charlotte waved him away "Yea it hard to retrun to life up here."
"Well you can't go far like that. I can look for him, you should go back, put the leg up or something.""I can imagine. After living down there I don't want to live with how things are up here..."
"Josh, I fine." She said limping. "Brave!!!" She calls "But hey we are going to change that." He said with a hint of a smile
"your limping, you obviously aren't okay...."Yeah." She said, smiling a bit herself. "that would be great wouldn't it. If things were different....the government out of power...."
"Josh lets just find that dog." She said"Just picture it now." He said dreamily
"I'll find him, you should head back." Josh said, already starting forward again, calling for Brave."think we have a chance of actually doing it?"
"But....." Charlotte calls knowing she couldnt keep up with him"Yea, I do." He says soflty
"Brave come on boy!" He called, looking around for the dog."It would be great...know what my dad's thinking about it all?"
Brave came running out from the darkness past him back towards the house"Sorry we may be close but no one can read your dad's thoughts."
Josh was a bit surprised at that but as Brave ran in went back to see if Charlotte needed any help. "Yeah... that's true." She sighed, her mind wandering back to her dad's faked death. Everyone believed it....her included. No one ever would have thought...
Brave ran up to Charlotte and bark. "You in trouble." She snapped at the dog who looked worry"But your dad is a good man." He said. "He took me under his wing after my father die."
"Need help getting back in?" He asked her, watching as the dog ran into the house.Taylor threw a glance in his direction, not having known about his father. "I'm sorry..."
She glance at him. "You soak?" She ask before saying. "Never mind stupid question." She limp over to him and put a arm around his shoulderHe shrugs. "It was sad but he die happy. That all we can ask for right?"
He helped her into the house and into the kitchen. "Let me go get the first aid kit. See what we can do with your ankle."Yeah...that's true." She said, a bit lost in thought again.
She try not shaking but couldn't very help it. "Josh........." she said softly. "It soo cold " she said sitting in a chair. Dark spots danced around in her visisons((Omg idea!!!!! What ir Charlotte got sick and Josh need Luke help ans that how they got pulled in the rebels!!!!!))
Luke was also lost in his thouhts, it truth he missed his father very much and thought about him ever day
((Yes!!!!! You are a genius!!))He frowned, he was also cold bit she sounded worse off. "I'll get you a blanket too." He nodded before disappearing to go do that.
Charlotte groans as she tried to mover her foot. Something was wrong, it was warm in the house but even when the heat blowing on her, she felt cold down to the bone
He brought the thick blanket over. "Anything else you need?"
She shook her head slowly, the movement causing pain to shoot through her. "Josh...." She mummers as blackness danced in her vision
Sighing again Josh got up, sitting on the bed himself. "What is it boy?"
