I just can't seem to remember! If you could help me out please!

**SPOILERS** Please don't read this part unless you've finished the whole trilogy because I don't remember which book this happens in :).. Which book and chapter does Gally return to the series? Thank you!

MizziQ You put the spoiler in the title. FYI. :) I'm not sure about the answer to your question. I can't check as I don't own the book.

Putting spoilers in the title does not prevent the reader from seeing the rest of it. Some people can glance at it and already receive the entire message. If you could please fix that, that'd be great.

We can't control other people and can't control whether or not they're going to see spoilers. There will be spoilers on the internet for everything and there's really not much we can do about it. Sorry.

anthea View at your own risk. (view spoiler)

Rae One of the last few I think

message 8: by Rae (new) - rated it 4 stars

Rae That is he dies in one of the last few chapters of the maze runner

That doesn't mean the OP isn't douchy for posting it and asking the OP not to post it is exactly what we can do about it.

Like you said, spoilers are everywhere on a Book review website, but that doesn't mean people can't try to keep them to a minimum.

And trying to circumvent it by including a false spoiler isn't better, especially considering that it's something that happens at the very end of this book.

message 10: by [deleted user] (new)

@Emma, I'm not trying to control anyone. I'm not asking much from the OP, just to change the title so that some poor reader doesn't get spoiled. I realize spoilers are all over the Internet, which is why people try to enjoy the Internet and avoid them at all costs.

No he doesn't. Not ever. Keep reading!

What's OP? And I see what you're saying, but if it's got 'spoiler' in the title, then it's not other people's fault if the book or whatever it is gets spoiled for someone, they went ahead and read the comments even though they knew there were spoilers.

message 13: by [deleted user] (new)

OP is original poster. And it's not that people go to the comments but the topic title is "spoilers! In what chapter does galley die?" And the book is spoiled immediately, whether they look at the comments or not. So if the title was changed to "spoilers! I have a question" or something like that, everyone is spared.

message 14: by [deleted user] (new)

But the title technically isn't a spoiler... (view spoiler)

But I get what your saying. Still, it's not our fault, it's theirs.

message 15: by [deleted user] (new)

True, but it's still nice for the ending to feel like a mystery to the reader. I remember times when I was told a spoiler that wasn't true and I didn't enjoy the rest of the book as much as I would have. I'm not saying anything is anybody's fault, just asking for a title change.

message 16: by [deleted user] (new)

Not everybody gets what they ask for, sorry Jordan.

message 17: by [deleted user] (new)

Well, we'll just wait for the OP to make that decision

message 18: by [deleted user] (new)

OP has a name... Trudy.

message 19: by [deleted user] (new)

Trudy then.

Samantha The Escapist This whole Gally argument is silly. Regardless of how it turns out in the very end, we're talking about something readers believe for at least a full book. Just because it turns out differenly in the third book doesn't make it okay to spoil the end of book 1.

You rated it 5 stars, wouldn't you be pissed if someone told you the ending?

Salome Saying "spoiler" in the subject line, but still saying the spoiler in the subject line kinda defeats the purpose. I would change it to "Spoiler: Question about a character death." I don't mean to sound snippy, but I hate getting stories spoiled for me. And while I've already finished this book and was not spoiled by it, I don't want it to happen to others that haven't. THanks for understanding.

Samantha The Escapist Same here Salome, I try really hard to avoid spoilers when I love what I'm reading, I went through self-imposed media blackouts for each Harry Potter release.

Then I had a major death ruined because I had to pee in a public washroom. I was devastated. Luckily it was book 5 and not book 6.

Um well I thought that you could't join discussions for a book if you haven't read it already so I figured I was fine.. Thanks to whoever answered my question :)

And thank you Emma!!

Apparently since this is a problem I will change the title.
