Dan (TheGreatBeast) As the title suggests, this folder is for the discussion of any science fiction book written between the years of 1931 to 1970.

Gregg Wingo (gwingo) How did the New Wave get divided between the Golden Age and the "Modern" Era???

Jo | 1094 comments Dan set the categories when he set up the group, but he has not been around for a while to give you a definitive answer. He set up the group to learn about sci-fi, see the start post so I presume the categories were based on his general knowlege of sci-fi at the time.

j0b1 | 2 comments Question: Would Summa Technologiae (1964) by Stanisław Lem also belong here? Anybody read it?
(There is only the german edition here on goodreads but few years ago University of Minnesota had it translated into english.)

It would belong here although it might be better to create a new thread for Stanislaw Lem in the authors folder here

I've really enjoyed the books i've read by Lem but I don't know Summa Technologiae.
