I believe she does, but she's been all her life without wanting a real relationship and now that she has she is afraid of how things can get especially with the separation of her parents...
I know. I guess she subconsciously feels threatened by his friendship with Clary because of her trauma of the affair her father had.
And also the Simon thing with Maia but he has proven that he would done anything for her and it's so cute to her and he is always helping her when she is in a difficult time and tell her all the plot of Star Wars!
So, she finally gets a gentleman. I think that's why she avoided nice boys, to not fall in love. Hey, what does maryse think?
I think she is know okay with what her childs want and she accepts it because she loves them! I really get to like her through the books, not at first but then I realized she was a great person! But I hate Robert... Who is actually not okay with this by the way... He hates all downworlders and doesn't want to talk to Simon and he abandoned his family!
I think Robert is just plain confused. His little boy died, his son's dating a warlock, his daughter... well, Izzy is no goody two shoes! I think he needs to get to know simon and patch his relationship up with maryse. you know, she's a good wife.
Maybe... I don't know I just suddenly hate him and he gave me reasons to, but maybe you are right, I haven't thought about it like that...
yeah, though you know for all valentine's faults, he never cheated on Jocelyn, even when they were apart... I get the feeling, he never messed around any other women... though Robert probably feels like his family's falling apart.

After reading TID I've realized how much of Tessas personality is like mine; book loving, insane curiosity, a fancy for adventure and much more. My physical appearance is more like Clary's because I am short and have red hair. So really somewhere in between the two!
I feel like me and Tessa have a lot in common,Loving books and quoting them,Always questioning things. But in some ways I'm also like Simon and Clary.

Singing songs all day with Bridget and annoying Will would be so much fun. I'd be Charlotte, being a total boss, looking after my London Shadowhunters and friends. Plus I could put the bloody Clave in it's place. Yeah!!!!!
