Alright, heading there now, and sorry if I reply late. I'm on the computer and don't check the notifications nearly as much as I do when on mobile.

Name: Nagrom DragomnPowers: Control of multiple elements, dragon-like strength, and other senses.
Where can we find you? At my dorm, or in my father's classroom.
What you could do for the demons: Sniff out threats, spy, fight, and seek and destroy. A veritable treasure trove of usefulness.
How will they persuade you (threaten, persuade, bribe, other [please specify]): Persuade. He hates hunters, so it won't take much.
Why they want YOU (if it's obvious from the powers just say the obvious thing, e.g. werewolf: obviously brute strength. Strategist, strategy): He's a DRAGON. The son of the KING DRAGON. Other than that, his powers. No elemental magic attack, including dark or LIGHT attacks, can affect him. It's straight on or nothing with him.

Name: Xander GraysonPowers: Flight
Where can we find you? He's currently in his dorm, but I can have him wander off to wherever.
What you could do for the demons: His strong, vast raven wings give him an obvious height advantage, as well as an aerial view of the battlefield. He is very skilled at knife-throwing, and because of this exceptional aim he's become quite a natural at the bow and arrow as well.
How will they persuade you: They wouldn't need to do much persuading. He has an overwhelming hatred for the hunters because of past experiences, including being shot with a hallucination dart, it's poison still constantly playing with his sanity. He'll do everything he can to kill any hunter he lays eyes on.
Why they want YOU: Xander's flight coupled with his excellent aim can make a very powerful weapon in battle. He won't hesitate to kill, quickly and effectively.
Are you evil already? Xander is not evil at heart, but his hallucinations frequently provoke violence, and are slowly poisoning and scattering his mind into something evil and cold.

Wow. That's a reason. Not like the demons have legions of dark dragons and battle-made leviathans. Oh, wait.
SPECIFIC reason.
The son of the king dragon? Do they have that? I think not.
They don't care about some insignificant dragon kingdom in some dimension out there. GIVE A REAL REASON.
Mel, I can send Death or Mammon... or Fear. They free up fast. Which do you want?
Added more, since Mr. Picky doesn't want the Prince of all dragons (sue do Vegeta, ha!) on his team.

You have to physically attack him to get anywhere. I suppose mental attacks work, but, for instance, if an angel shot light at him, he'd just eat it and absorb its power.
I've had him since this group was still an itty-bitty baby. :)
It seems like the demons wouldn't want him anywhere near them, because they depend on energy attacks. Especially considering the way they're controlling him would cause him to hate them.

Sigh. Well then, persuade. He hates hunters of any kind, since dragon hunters constantly came after him.
If you want one of your characters to join the demons so badly, make someone evil. It just seems like welcoming him in would be like setting a bomb and giving it a long hug.

Okay, well, I have another, more sinister character to try, so here goes.
Name: Sebastian NacarPowers: Control of shadows, and the general vampire abilities.
Where can we find you? His estate.
What you could do for the demons: Spy on the enemy by sending his shadows to look in on them. Sneak attacks and such. Good aerial soldier, when he makes wings out of shadow.
How will they persuade you (threaten, persuade, bribe, other [please specify]): Persuade, even though they won't need to. A dragon-hunter experimented on him for years, pumping shadows into his veins, rather painfully. He hates them all now, dragon-hunter, vampire-hunter, game-hunter...
Why they want YOU (if it's obvious from the powers just say the obvious thing, e.g. werewolf: obviously brute strength. Strategist, strategy): Fencing, battle-tactics, sue do cloaking device, and vampire.

What you could do for the demons: He is already a demon. He has learned this special technique that acts like a miniature bomb, which is very powerful.
How will they persuade you? Pssht. No need for persuasion. He will join.
Why they want YOU? If he gets mad, he'll go crazy, possibly wreaking havoc everywhere.
