She smiled blocking them with her staff only. Her eyes showing how hard she was concentrating.

"You're good," cherre said as she threw more knives. She started throwing them a bit faster, seeing if she could handle it.
She smiled. "Figured you were going easy." She knocked them away though one was knocked into her face and nicked her cheek. She wiped it away without a second thought.
Cherre kept at that speed until she Pia could go a bit faster. She pushed a little harder.
Harmony kept up not minding the small scratches she got. The way she thought was that better a scratch then a wound. Smiling she hit one back with her foot
Concentrating she continued dodging with just her stick. With a frown she tried aiming one of the daggers at her.
Cherre caught it only inches away from her ear. "Missed," she told Pia.
Harmony laughed. "I wasn't looking to hit you. Only to get it near your head." She said rotating her staff as if testing the angle.
"Well then, nice." She smiled.
"Tell me, Cherre, I wouldn't have guessed a child of demeter to be a fighter. Was there something that happened?" She asked naturally curious.
"Umm.." Cherre didn't like talking about her past.
"if I'm overstepping bounds you don't have to tell me." She said gently holding up her hands.
"No, I can see why you're asking. I grew up in Brooklyn in a gang," she said, sitting down.
"My curiosity is a bit...unrelenting." She said gently. "So feel free to sick your tiger on me if I get too personal?" She joked.
Cherre smiled. "Um, well, I grew up in an abussive gang, hurting mortals at the age of 7."
"I had a nice family at least." That you killed, her thoughts added as she frowned shaking the thought away. "mom, dad, and my sister."
Leo sat cross-legged in the center of the field, all but oblivious to everything around him as he fiddled with some pieces of celestial bronze and tubing.
Nikki sat down on the field, and sighed. Se was out of pranks... Again. This was happening too often, lately... She just have pranker's block, or something...
He connected a cylinder he had already made to some of the tubing, and then pulled a couple of screws from his belt and a screwdriver and proceeded to attach more metal.
She glanced over, and saw some Hephestus
She looked over and saw some Hephaestus kid tinkering with some pipes or something.
Leo was debating whether or not to turn the heat up on his hands to weld two pieces together, since he hadn't yet mastered the whole fire thing yet, when his hands burst into flame of their own accord. He pulled back suddenly, totally not expecting that. He really needed to work on that. Since his hands were 'on' anyways, he set to work.
Oh. Now his hands were on fire. Was that supposed to happen? "Um... You realize your hands are on fire, right?" She called out.
"Yup!" Leo called back to the girl, looking up. "It happens."
"For me, it is. For you, eh, not so much, I'd guess."
"Hm... I suppose purple hair isn't normal, either, though..."
He glanced at her hair. "Seems perfectly normal to me," he replied, and then returned his attention to the metal.
"Yep. It's everyone else that's crazy." She smiled.
"Finally! Someone who understands!" Leo glanced back. "You might not happen to have a jar of Greek fire on you, might you?"
she cuddles into him more seeming content
she wakes awhile later to a hell hound charging them as she pulls her sword
it charges straight at ras as she stands there waiting
ras finally starts running at it as it rams into her as her sword misses it
she stabs it in the chest as it turns to dust
((its a shorter way of telling someone they vanished))
she holds her shoulder where it managed to bite her and it looked deep "yeah just a scratch" she says
"yeah probably" she muttered looking at her feet
Rachel yelled as she saw a ferret run through the grass. Gods, she hated them. She raised her hockey stick, attempting to chase it away.
((What?))"AWAY!" she shouted. "GET AWAY YOU FILTHY CREATURE!"
Rachel scowled at the boy. "Don't do that." She lowered her weapon.
"I'm Rachel," she said, shaking his hand. "Excuse my rudeness, but how the hell did you do that?"
She ran her hand along the edge. "It's a celestial bronze edge, and hockey is one of the only things I'm good at so..."
"Yeah!" She took a step back, grinning, "Definetly like that!"
