"oh. Sorry. I rant sometimes for no good reason. I'm a son of eros. that's why I have the manly pink eyes." Mathew replied, smirking.
"So what I'm hearing is your dying in a couple years, why!?" Louis asks
Eros the goddess of..." Louis gestures towards Mathew to fill in the blank
"Oh, my dad. He said if i don't get a girlfriend, then he'll deprive all the happieness from me, witch is just as bad as dieing. But, I want to wait until i find the perfect person, and i'm not on the smooth side." he said with a smile.
"I will stay alive" Louis says bitterly
"God. he's a god. he's the god of love."
"Oh yeah I knew that, wait when you say Eros th god of love is that like cupid?"
"No. Cupid is a jerk." Mathew replied bitterily.
"Oh um sorry" Louis felt a little awkward now "So were kinda in the same boat my mom's Aphrodite your dad's Eros"
"Yah. You ever wish you could be normal?" He asked. "I mean, you could live a normal life, not die when your 17, stuff like that."
"Sometimes, but I also think I would miss the camp and my friends here, and being the child of Aphrodite anit the worst thing in the world monsters usually don't come after us as much because they don't see us as much of a threay cuz you know were just the prettiest faces in a crowd" Louis laughed well maybe at least I'll live longer then most Louis thought to himself
Mathew smirked. She was pretty when she was sleeping.
Louis looks at Emma "She's a pretty girl" Louis says
"Well, yah. Mortals were after me to. They figured out that I have some power over love and wanted to put me in a cage." Mathew said bitterly. He picked up a rock and chucked it as far as he could.
"I'm sorry" Louis says "You know you said something about needing a girlfriend, well it just so happens that creating couples is my specialty" Louis smiles "tell me a little bit about yourself
"It's fine. I'd rather meet her by my myself, but thanks." and he really ment it.
"Suit yourself" Louis looked a tad disappointed "Well if you on't mind me giving a suggestion what about Emma, your practicly the same age and you admitted you think she's attractive" Louis smiled charmingly
"YES!" Louis looked way to happy
"Calm yourself." Mathew told him
"sorry" Louis said still grinning
"Ok. You're happy. I get that." he said
"Well nice meeting you but I gotta gotrain in the Arena" Louis left
mathew just sat there, listening to the sounds of nature, the mating calls of birds. Everything seems focused on finding a singnific other. Yet, he couldn't seem to be able to find one. Soon, he fell asleep.
"You here Chloe?" Cherre asked.
Alexander strolled in the field, the sun shining on his face. There was a boy asleep on the ground. Alexander crouched beside him and shook him gently.
"oh. hi. Who are you?" Cherre asked suspitiosly. She dragged the boy into the bushes.
"Hi, Anna, It's great to meet you. How long have you been at camp?"((I thought you'd use your other character, since he was already there. If you want, Alexander can go and I can bring Chloe back))
((You chould get Chloe so the story can unfold.))
((Sure))"I'm sorry Anna, I really have to go. I hope we'll see each other later" Alexander smiled and headed away. On his way out of the field, he almost bumped into a girl with long, dark hair he vaguely remembered having seen around Camp before. "Sorry, I didn't see you", he said and walked away.
Chloe spotted Cherre and waved. "Hi!"
"HI!" Cherre smiled. "I have a new pet of the day! Want to see her?"
Chloe grinned. "Sure. Is she another Drakon?"
"Nope." Cherre smiled. She cupped her hands to whistle. An Ice-white dragon appeared with gold flecks. "This is Icecube."
Chloe looked at the dragon in awe. "She's beautiful", she breathed, admiring the glittering of her scales under the sun.
"Yah, I found her just walking around in brooklyn." She said. "I was just doing buisness." Cherre told her.
"DId it have anything to do with the gang?" Chloe asked.
"Yah." Cherre looked ashamed. She grabbed her arm as if it was in pain.
Chloe saw her grabbing her arm, and wondered if she was hurt. "Are you all right?"
"Yah. i'm fine." she lied. She kept on holding her arm though.
"You sure? You're cradling your arm", Chloe pointed out.
"It's just a little scratch."
