"Oh come on, really?" Cherre glared at the girl.

Asha groaned and opened her eyes. The world was spinning.
"here." She gave her a tiny square of ambrosia after she jumped from her tree. "And that will teach you not to eavesdrop." Cherre smiled.
I wasn't trying to eavesdrop." Asha said as she ate the ambrosia.
"Well then, why didn't you show yourself before easdropping?" She inquired.
"She has a point", Chloe said, "You didn't exactly act innocently"
Asha smiled at the girl who helped her up. Then she looked back at the other girl. She frantically tried to think of a reason. "Because I was curious of why you had a phone in camp."
"i'm not someone to mess with. I have connections." Cherre told her. "Connections to some very, very powerful people.
"And," she continued, "I have my reasons to have my own stuff. And you can't decide what i can and can't have."
"I'm not saying I can, I'm not saying I want to mess with you." Asha said. "I'm just saying, I was curious."
Cherre turned around. "I'm sorry. It's just that well, people are pressuring me to do certian things. That's who i was on the phone with. my gang.'
Chloe raised an eyebrow. She wandered in what shady business the girl was implicated.
Cherre looked down."Yah. They took me in since i ran away from the orphanage. I helped them. They made me do stuff that i didn't second guess. Now, i'm stuck. i can't get out of all this trouble they want me to do." when she looked back up, there were tears in her eyes. "I didn't know it was wrong..."
"You don't have to do it." Asha told the girl.
"Exept I do," she told them. "Because the leader of the gang. He's my brother. And if I don't, they will hurt me."
"Are they demigods? If they aren't, they won't even be able to get into Camp."
"Exactly. You're safe here." Asha told her.
"Yes. But there is something weird about them. i can't hurt them. Please don't tel anyone." She started crying. "They've done terrible stuff."
"All of them are. 5 are from the big 3, but they have too many powers to be just demigods. I've seen all of them use magic before." Cherre told them.
"Oh gods..." Asha thought for a moment. "We have to tell Chiron."
"No. Please. Don't tell anyone. That would ruin me. They will figure out i told someone. Then, people will die." She pleaded.
"They might be powerful, but there's a whole camp of us and many of us have powers, too. We can fight them, if it comes to that."
"I can use magic to. I thought you should know." Cherre looked back down. "My school blew up last year, and it wasn't monsters. It was the gang. I told someone, and too many people died because of it. I won't let that happen here too."
"I agree. There must be something we can do to help"
"ill do it. let me go grab some papers from my cabin. don't go anywhere." And she ran off.
She looked at the running girl. "It must have been really hard, growing up like that", she mused.
"Do you think she's actually coming back?"
"I don't know", she admitted, "Her change of heart was a bit sudden."
A boy walks up to your group "Hey I'm Louis who are you guys"
Cherre came back with papres in her hands "Who's this person?" she pointed at the boy.
"Oh hey I'm Louis, who are you?"
"I'm Chloe and these are..." She trailed off, realizing she didn't know the other girls' names.
"I'm Cherre." She didn't trust this guy, just popping up like that.
"Nice to meet you too Louis." Asha said with a smile.
Chloe opened her mouth, then closed it. She didn't want to lie, but it wasn't her place to tell him about Cherre.
Cherre glared at him suspiciously. "Why are you here? Also, did you hear anything?"
"What no I didn't hear anything at all" Louis uses his charmspeak
Asha immediately recognized the charm speak but it wasn't like she could resist against it.
Louis smiles knowing his charmspeak worked "so what's your name" He gestures to Chloe
"I think he's telling the truth, Cherre", said Chloe. She felt a bit dazed, the words foreign in her mouth.
"I know what you're doing and you won't fool me. Now I reccomend for your own health to tell the truth pretty boy." Cherre said as she pulled out one of her daggers.
"Whoa! you heard the girl" Louis gestures towards Chloe "I'm telling the truth!"
