Fallon stiffened for a moment.
His hand was going to be all sweaty and gross....
But he found himself relaxing, the tenseness going out of him.

"I don't need to take your memory, Lovely." he said. "You just need to forget me."

"It shouldn't be hard. I'll move back to the Roman camp. It's where I belong."

Jordyn heart snapped. She gasped. "How..." She looked away heart broken.

Dakota was a bad person. Now he not only knew that, but he felt like it. His heart was already broken. What more could he do to it?

Jordyn gapped at him her heart snapped. "What?" Her face fell.

Dakota broke. He threw all of his common sense to the wind and grabbed her and pulled her close to him, kissing her lips passionately.

Jordyn hit his chest in protest but finally kissed him back. She tasted her salty tears. She wrapped her arms around him.
