"Well...yeah I guess. Hebe kids don't really have any major abilities. We have long, natural lifespans and we age slower than normal demigods and humans"Fallon turned on his side to face her, hand propping up his head.
"We maintain our youth for a lifetime. We can make people look youthful, but can also take that youth away"
Brook looked over at him"So...if you wanted to you could make me look like a hundred year old lady?"
She questioned in a teasing tone
Fallon was silent for a moment. "I..."
He swallowed.
"Yeah"
She looked back at the sky"But you wouldn't do that...right"
Brook voice sounded a little concerned
Wouldn't if he would?
Fallon's eyes widened.She didn't think he'd try to take her youth away...did she?
"Do you mean to you or to someone else?" he asked, frowning slightly.
"Um,"Brook thought what to say
of course she meant her
"Someone else...."
Fallon drew in a deep breath."Well I've never done it before. But...if I had to, I would"
He didn't want her to think him heartless.
"But just know that I would never do that to you"
Ok, goodBrook nodded
"Right, only in defense"
She felt a little better

Fallon smiled, glad she didn't think he would just take away someone's life unless he absolutely had to. "What exactly can children of Hecate do? I've been meaning to ask...."
"Well, we can cast Incantations and controlling the mist usually comes easy to us."Brook told him
"I have my staff because it multiplies my powers five times stronger then I could do on my own. Our mother Hecate, she is even older than Zeus himself"
Thunder rumbled in the distance
Fallon took a moment to process her words."Wow. Your powers are like, a thousand times cooler than mine" he said, eyes going to her staff.
He wondered what she could do without it.
She blushed"Yours are nice too, you get like enteral youth"
Brook noted
"That would be nice"
Jordyn fell to the ground gasping. After a couple minutes her eye flung open. Her heart raced. She looked around. She gasped seeing Dakota. She... She REMEMBERED!!! "Dakota!" She cried out. She ran to his side.
Oh, he guessed it worked. A smile drifted lazily on his face at the thought. He closed his eyes.
"Hey you stay with me you... Ugh! I still have to yell at you mister! Don't you leave me dang it!" She held him close her eyes still glowing.
((So sorry. Didn't see your post.))She was yelling at him... Or was she? Where was his kool-aid?
"Dakota! Open your eyes please! Please open them!" Jordyn had tears running down her cheeks.
Dakota wanted to open his eyes, but they were just so heavy...
Jordyn rocked his head. "You cannot die! You just can't! I..." She thought about that day... When he was there and then everything was gone. He loved her.. She didn't ever get to say it back. "I love you too..."
Was he dying? No... Impossible. Dakota vaguely heard her say something about love, but he didn't catch it.
Jordyn pulled him up in her lap. She searched her pockets. She found some ambrosia. Thank the gods!, she thought. She put it in his mouth. "Come on..."
Dakota's eyes flew open and he started choking. He grabbed Jordyn's wrist.
She gasped. She patted his back with her free hand. Had she done the right thing? Oh gods! Why did he have to take her memory away? Why!
Dakota's spiel finalky ended, and he closed his eyes, weakened from the coughs that racked through him.
"Dakota?" Jordyn whispered. Tears still streaming down his cheeks. "I'm not going to let you die because of me!"
"Ouch! Here I am just laying here, and you're already killing me off." he joked weakly.
She let out a sob half laugh. "Dakota!" She hugged him tightly.
((Sorry about the slow replies.)) Dakota gave a feeble laugh and squeezed her back. "I am insulted that you thought I could be killed off so easily." he said.

Jordyn sobbed. "You dummy!" She cried. "Why'd you do that!"

"It's not like I try to pass out." he said, avoiding the real issue.
"Dakota..." She cried into his shirt hat arms still wrapped around him. She almost went crazy! He only said hi once.... Why?...
"Oh gods, don't cry." he pleaded. "Hi!"
"Hi... That's all you say is a 'hi'?" She shook her head and hugged him again buckling lightly
Dakota gently picked her up and stood up. He was a man of few words. Okay. That was a lie.
She clung to him. "We met here you know...." She whispered. "Remember?"
The memory blazed through his mind, and all Dakota wanted to do was kiss her... But he didn't know if he should do that anymore.

Fallon smiled.
"Well I can't make clouds change shape, levitate someone, or protect myself magically. You've pretty much trumped me in everything when it comes to coolness"
"Dakota... Why? Why say that and then take it away?" Se whispered.
Brook laughed"but you energy wont deplete as fast"
she said
"That's a plus"
Fallon's face grew thoughtful."Well I guess that's true..."
Just when his mind was about to wander off in thought, his eyes focused again.
On her.
She was so pretty.
"Say what? Hi?" he asked nervously, running his hand through his hair.
"Yeah,"Brook said smiling
"I nearly pass out everyday" she said with a laugh
Fallon's forehead winkled in concern."Really?"
Did she really tire herself out that much?
Jordyn shook her head. "Dakota... I love you too. But you can't do that..."
"No, I was exsagerating"Brook said
"but maybe twice a monthed"
And there it was. "Jordyn, just forget about me."
"Do you know of any powers that Hebe's kids have?"
