She shrugged. "I try," she replied, smirking.
"Keep doing what you're doing." Tony said with a small smile
She nodded. "Alright," she agreed, happily. "Do you want to head somewhere else? Maybe back to your cabin so we're not sleeping in the dirt?"
She smiled. "Let's go then. I'm kinda tired."
"Ok." Tony took her hand and led her back to the cabin.

Val was suddenly dragged..."
"You ask a question, then tell me not to answer it. It seems you're quite the decisive one," Val remarked, rolling her eyes. She gave Beau one more withering glance, then started walking in the direction he had begun to pull her. "Make sure I won't regret it," she warned.
((I'm leaving tomorrow on a trip with my school until Saturday, so I won't be able to get on except at random times or late :( I'll try to reply when I can, though. Just wanted to let you know!))
Griffin walked around the field he had already eaten but everyone was still in the dining hall eating. He sighed.
He turned, "Oh hey." He said with a smile as he shifted in his jacket. "I never caught your name."

Beau smirked and winked back at her, "I'll do my best." he said. He led her to a tree. "Ta da!" he said and did jazz hands.
Val looked at the tree. Then back to Beau. And back to the tree, as if waiting for something to happen. Nothing did. "That is the most amazing thing I've ever seen. A tree. How absolutely marvelous." Her sarcasm was thick enough to butter bread with.
"I know." Beau said, shaking his head in awe. A laugh was building up inside of his chest, and he was thisclose to falling to the ground from the sheer uniqueness of the moment. Oh my gods, the look on her face... Priceless! "Lovely," he shouted and finally broke down in laughter that brought tears to well in his eyes, "You don't have enough faith in me." he wheezed.
"You haven't exactly given me a reason to have any faith in you," Val pointed out, crossing her arms over her chest as she watched Beau laugh so hard he was crying. Well, that had been a waste of time, even if she didn't have anything else to do. Val couldn't find the situation as thoroughly amusing as he seemed to, and so waited silently for his laughter to cease.
"Oh my gods, oh my gods, breathe Beau, breathe." he told himself and that set him off into another fit of laughter. He looked up at her and at her stern expression he tried to calm down. He failed. "I'm sorry, it's just too funny. Okay, okay, fine, I'll calm down." Beau took a deep breath and his laughter finally ceased. "That wasn't what I wanted to show you, but it sure was worth it." he said, grinning wildly.
Thoroughly exasperated now, Valerie rolled her eyes with a sigh. It seemed she had been doing a lot of that lately. Inclining her head towards the tree, Val replied, "I don't think I trust you enough to follow you anywhere else. And I'm still not seeing what is so very amusing that you cannot bring yourself to stop laughing."
"I stopped, I stopped!" he said, holding his hands up in the universal truce sign. "Anyway, for what I have to show you, we shouldn't have to go anywhere." Beau knelt to the ground and looked up to the sky. Dad favored him to the point where it was scary, but sometimes, it came in handy. "Look," he said and pointed to the little angels that came flying directly towards them at a fast speed.
Val watched suspiciously as he knelt, not knowing what to expect. She was ready for just about anything though... Except for that. "What in Hades are those?" she exclaimed, though she had already guessed. Who was this guy's godly parent? Her right hand strayed unconsciously to her left wrist.
((Okay))"Those, Darlin', are Daddy dearest's little angel servants." he shrugged, "They are annoyingly pleasant, and I thought you could use some of that." he teased.
"Annoyance? I've already got plenty of that right here," Val replied, inclining her head towards Beau, though her eyes didn't leave the little angels. "You're an Aphrodite? That explains why you're so irritating."
"OH MY GODS!" Beau shouted, "DO NOT EVER SAY THAT AGAIN." He let out a breath, "I am a son of Eros, not Aphrodite, they are nothing alike." he said. "Eww, just no."
Val smirked. "You were sure acting like an Aphrodite earlier. Minus the obsession with appearance." She glanced at Beau for a second then back to the angels.
"No, I was not." Beau said adamantly. It was a touchy subject for him. "Now, do you want to see how awesome these little guys are, or will I have to shoot you with my arrow." he winked and pretended to be cupid... Which was sort of his dad... Which was sort of weird.
Val rolled her eyes yet again. Overly happy people annoyed her. "They don't seem very 'awesome' to me," she replied honestly.
"Okay, you muggle, watch this." Beau beckoned one over to them with his finger, "Hey, Bobby!" he said, "Do you mind getting this little ray of sunshine a sandwich with an extra dose of love?" he asked. The angel zipped away cheerfully and came back with a sparkly sandwich and handed it to Val.
Val looked at the sandwich with distaste, lips curled back slightly. "It looks like it rolled around in an Aphrodite's arts and crafts project. Do you think I could peg the ginger with it?" Val asked, looking at the little group of angels. She could throw that far.
"No!" Beau said, "Do not harm my little angel minions. They are way too awesome for that. Oh, and by the way, no. You couldn't throw that far." he taunted.
Val raised an eyebrow at him. She then turned and stood watching for a moment, before suddenly launching the sandwich right at the red headed angel's face.

((Gtg :( ))"Bobby! No!" Beau said and launched himself at the little angel, "Are you okay?" He fell on the ground, and the angel just whizzed straight back up in the air and then back down to be face level with Beau. It gave his a huge grin and a thumbs up before buzzing off over to Val. It then proceeded to give her a huge hug before bounding off.
((Awwww :( bye! Talk to you tomorrow!))Val snickered as Beau fell. "Threw it to them and past." Even if she hadn't actually hit the ginger, but whatever. As the angel flew towards her, Val couldn't fend off the hug attack very easily, and so got an awkward giant shoulder hug. She then watched it fly away. Ugh, hugs from a baby angel.
