Tony nodded and wrapped Maybe in a hug.

She smiled and wrapped her arms around his neck. "He wasn't very nice."
"No." Tony whispered. He was suddenly pulled back and he felt something sharp at his throat. Ezio was standing behind him with his long sword positioned at his neck.
Her eyes widened and she glared at the other boy. "Hey! Leave him alone!"
Matthias teleported beside the girl, and noticed the boys. "Do you wish for assistance?" He asks.
Ezio glanced at the boy who teleported beside Maybe. "Your help is unneeded. I do not plan on hurting the boy, for I only need a simple apology." He explained cooly.
"An apology is not meant if it is taken by force, fool." Matthias says in a steely voice. "Especially when his own life is on the line."
She pulled out her dagger and stormed over to the guy, poking him in the arm with her dagger. "I said leave him alone!"
Ezio pulled his sword down. "You're right." He said hesitantly. "I am a fool for thinking I needed an apology in the first place, for I am wasting training time." Ezio was already training, or at least one of his duplicates were, but he wanted an excuse to leave.
Matthias nodded. "All is well. You have learned." He watches Ezio, searching his mind.
She poked his shoulder with her sword angrily and went over to Tony.
Tony grinned when he saw him. "I'm glad to see you here." He said as he walked over to Matias, for he remembered a few of his tricks and was anxious to know a few of Ezio's secrets.
Maybe followed him, reaching for his hand.
Matthias studied Tony. "This rivalry between the two of you, has it been going on long?"
Tony squeezed her hand gently. "A few minutes." He told Matthias. Ezio just stood by and watched them.
"He's pretty annoying," she added. "And mean."
Matthias looked up at Ezio. He entered his mind, *Whatever is between you, I advise you settle it. You're on the same team, so you should act like it. We have no need for bullies around here.* He looks back at Tony. "If it's an upperhand you want, I'm sorry to say I won't give it to you. You need to settle the dispute, not make it last longer."
"Bullies?" Ezio remembered the bullies who laughed at him for crying when his father died. He quickly shook the thought from his head. "I simply wanted an apology. I do apologize if you think I was doing it the wrong way, but that was simply the only way to get his attention."
Matthias cocks his head to the side. *I understand, but next time, try to be a bit more... subtle.*
Ezio stared at him in disbelief. "Did I just... Or am I.... How did you...?" Ezio stuttered, for the first time in his life, he was speechless. "What?"
*Telepathy, Ezio. A trait I recieved long ago.* Matthias gives a gentle smile. *I think you're missing your training?*
Maybe pulled Tony away from the two boys and hugged him tightly.
Ezio shook his head. I have duplicates for that. I'm not missing anything, for I want to learn everything about your telepathy. Ezio thought, for he was still speechless.
(Oops)Tony hugged her back and stoked her hair gently.
"I'm glad you're okay," she whispered, resting her head on his shoulder.
Matthias glanced at Tony, and seeing him with Maybe, sat on the ground cross legged and closed his eyes. *Well... Most of my powers include the mind. I can search anyone's mind in the vicinity, and those I know well I can read from a great distance. The telepathy comes with weaknesses, vulnerabilities that I won't mention.* He opened his eyes. *Surely you understand why.*
My powers consist mainly of the body. Ezio explained through his thoughts. He thought about teleporting, duplicating, and turning invisible. He was a bit disappointed that the boy wouldn't share his weaknesses, but he quickly shook the thought from his head, hoping he didn't notice it. "Of course I'm ok." Tony whispered.
Matthias twitches, sencing the boy's displeasure. *I was also given immediate talent and skill in everything I do. I am currently a master swordsman and bowman. My armory is larger than most. My only match int his world is a friend of mine, Castiel, and archangel.*
Ezio nodded. I would love to train with you sometime. He said casually.
*You might have the oppertunity, if you wish.* Matthias thinks.
Ezio straightened up, as if he was trying to look older, which he was, for he was only 12 and he hated being treated as if he was a lesser, an unworthy opponent.
*I'm not refferring to your age, Ezio.* Matthias smiles. *I was trained as a warrior when I was 9, and fought in battles when I was 14.*
I never said you were. Ezio said but there was no lying to him, for it was impossible.
*If you'd like, I can meet you in the arena tommorrow.* Matthias says kindly. *I can give you a few pointers.*
Ezio rolled his eyes. He didn't care if it was disrespectful or whatever, for he doubted he could teach him anything.
She sighed and wrapped her arms around his neck.
Tony pulled her closer an kissed his forehead.
She smiled and buried her face in his neck. "I'm sorry. I should've just let you fight him."
"No, it's fine." Tony promised. "Don't worry about it."
"Okay, I just feel bad," she explained.
"Please, don't." Tony begged. "It's fine. I promise."
She nodded and kissed his cheek. "I really do love you," she whispered. "Not just because you're nice to me."
"You don't thinking listened to anything he said, do you?" Tony asked
She shrugged. "I just want to make sure you knew that."
