A couple of days after Pyper had run out on Jordan, she was sitting in the field, thinking about how he'd probably never want to see her again. Not for the first time, she glared up at the sky angrily, as if addressing her father, and said "why can you not find a cure for me? You're supposed to be the god of medicine. Where's my cure, huh?" she grumbled, and the sky grumbled in response. "That makes two of us then", she muttered.

Pyper looked up to see Jordan. She worriedly fixed her hair, trying to cover the fact that she'd been thinking about him. "No, no. It wasn't you, at all. I just, was really late", she lied, hoping he'd believe it.

"I-I. I'm c-c", she stammered, her voice breaking. She'd only ever told three people about her curse, and she didn't know if she was ready for a fourth to know. "I'm cursed", she muttered quietly, not sure whether she wanted him to have heard or not.

She sighed, and turned to face him. "I'm cursed", she admitted, clenching her jaw. "I've been cursed since I was a child. Every night, an eidolon takes over my body, and I can't control my actions. I hide out in the forest. And there is no cure", she told him, hugging her head to her knees.

Pyper nodded, putting her head on his shoulder. "My father cursed me by accident when I was still living at home with my mother, and every night he'd take me to a safe place, where I wouldn't hurt anyone. But ever since the gods abandoned us in the war, he's forgotten about me, and I have to find somewhere myself", she explained.

Pyper shook her head, and sat up straight, shrugging his arm off her. "There's nothing you can do. I-I shouldn't have said anything", she said, looking down at her feet.

Pyper looked up at him, and bit her lip. "Uh, thank you. I guess you are a movie star, so you sort of have to be attractive, but you're quite good looking too", she told him, smiling.
Margot walked alone in the tall grass among the yellow flowers. A gentle breeze played with her lemon blonde hair, making the locks brush just below her shoulders. Her quiver full of celestial bronze, feathered arrows was slung on her left shoulder and her matching bow was slung across both. In contrast, her blouse was a scarlet red and her leggings black with white and red patterns.

Margot kept walking in the grass, unaware of the girl laying in the grass until she nearly stepped on her. She looked down the girl in surprise, unable to see her face beneath the dark hood that she wore. "Hello," she said, composing her red lips into a smile.

Margot merely smirked, not at all bothered by the girl's tone of voice. She could take a hint. In fact, she spent enough time flirting and matchmaking during the time she was at camp- eleven years- that she could usually read them pretty well. That was exactly why she lowered herself down in the grass beside the girl. "Mind if I sit here, sweetie?" she asked. What could she say? She loved a challenge.
