He squirmed restlessly in his seat, but stayed silent, unable to form a response as his mind races and spun to calculate her reasoning and logic within his own - although the effort seemed futile.
She wrapped her arms around him from behind. "I don't know who has been telling you these things, but I believe that you can overcome it. You can overcome whatever is holding you back."

He bit his lip so hard that it burst apart, the metallic taste of blood filling his mouth - but he barely noticed, he just hummed quietly in reply, unsure of how else to react; really, and went back to his design of the tower room; desperate to find something to take his mind off what was foreign and move on to something familiar.
She decided to let it slide this time, and chose to watch him work. He should have the very top room be a secret studio of his work! She smiled at the thought. He doesn't need that, he already has a secret house! She laughed to herself.

It didn't take him long to finish his designs of both the inner and outer exterior of the tower room. He took out another stack of paper, turning some of his margin calculations into a list of needed supplies for building the tower room. Once finished, he set about making another list of all the possible places he could get these items, and the best times to fetch them without being caught. By the time he was finished, he had a splitting headache from the turmoil in his head over both the design, and Scarlet's encouraging words that he was positive. He still couldn't wrap his head around the idea. And the fact that she was still so close to him, touching him - did not aid in this internal fight in his head.
Scarlet realized he was wincing, probably from a mega migraine with all the work he had been doing. "Do you have any meds here? I can grab them for you."

He set down his pencil an out the base of his palms to his eyes. He shook his head slightly, taking deep breaths."No... I don't. All my medication is back in my cabin... I'd finished the refurnishing and repairs, but never actually got to filling this place up with my own things. Everything else here was here when I found the place."
She thought for a moment. "I might have some..." She looked around for the bag she hoped she had brought with her.

"Your bag is still out in the sitting room." He said, as if reading her mind. "By the couch, on the floor."
"Found it! Thanks!" She staryed pulling out all kinds of medications, for fevers, cuts, and much more. "What do you usually take?" she asked, bottles strewn all over the floor.

He shrugged. "I usually don't. I never liked medication... It always cleared my head and made me feel oddly... Empty." He replied. "But if you think it'll help, then I'll take whatever you recommend, I guess."

He grins and shadow traveled to his cabin
Lorel was laying in the middle of the field humming to herself as she stared at the sky.
Lorel heard someone else come into the the field, so she sat up to see who it was and saw Eric. "Hey, Eric. You ok?" She called over to him as she stood up and walked towards him.
"Yeah." Lorel smiled at him. "What's wrong?"
"Nothing really, just snuck out of my cabin before we finished cleaning. I've been here since. You?" Lorel sat back down on the ground with her legs crossed.
Lorel motions for him to sit down next to her.

"That is a lie. I can tell something's wrong." Lorel said looking at him. "I know you well enough to tell when something is wrong."
Lorel watched him, the lyrics on the song playing through her mind as he hummed. She sat up and waited for him to finish.
