Dom | 725 comments "well just don't turn out to a deathbed or fairies kiss. those flowers creep me out." Lucious says shuddering thinking of them coming to this plane for the underworld.

message 7252: by Za-za (new)

Za-za | 5023 comments "Yeah." she said and looked away. The world of the living was such a strange place, and she was still trying to figure it all out. "So, err, nice weather we've been having!" she exclaimed, desperately trying to change the topic. Her plan pretty much backfired when she saw some dark rain clouds roll in.

message 7253: by Dom (new)

Dom | 725 comments "wow way to call it. but it's rather it stay sunny." Lucious put up his hand to change the cloud but he used to much of his power during training earlier.

message 7254: by Za-za (new)

Za-za | 5023 comments "No!" she exclaimed and grabbed his arm. Aleydis looked away from him when she said, "Sorry, I just think there's something beautiful about the world getting cleaned and purified. The rain quenches plant's thirst and lets the cycle of life go on. It gives us a reprieve from the scalding sun that always beats down on everyone."

message 7255: by [deleted user] (new)

((Hey za-za... Outside camp?))

message 7256: by Dom (new)

Dom | 725 comments Lucious laughed. "i couldn't change it if u wanted to at this moment anyway. I used to much energy last couple of hours." Lucious sat down slowly.

message 7257: by Za-za (new)

Za-za | 5023 comments "Fine." Aleydis procured a switchblade from her pocket and twirled it around her fingers. "Well, I should probably get going. Nice talking to you, Stranger." She turned arounf to walk away before she could do something stupid like get to know him. There was no sense in putting him in danger too.

terminallyRandom(Puss..... In Boots) | 6765 comments Alice was sprawled in the grass denying the sunshine while she hummed a song in Spanish

message 7260: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) Adira walked the edges of the field, bored out of her mind. Her hand was wrapped and she sighed

terminallyRandom(Puss..... In Boots) | 6765 comments Alice sat up " ¿Por qué tan miserable?" She questioned

message 7262: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) Nadia didn't answer, she was in her mind place. She was thinking about her own brother who had the same gift as her, they couldn't outsmart eachother.

terminallyRandom(Puss..... In Boots) | 6765 comments She got up " hello? You OK?" She asked

message 7264: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) "Oh, hello." She looked at the new girl. "So what's being a daughter of Poseidon like?"

terminallyRandom(Puss..... In Boots) | 6765 comments She blinked " like being a person. How did you know who my godly parent is?"

message 7266: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) "Deduction, you are pretty easy to read," Adira said.

message 7267: by goblin gender (new)

terminallyRandom(Puss..... In Boots) | 6765 comments Alice crossed her arms. " how, exactly, am I easy to read?"

message 7269: by Puddingtalk (Marie) (new)

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 5154 comments Kaleb was bored. So very bored. Normally when he was bored, he would find Megan and go f*** with her, but she was busy. He groaned, and flicked his wrist to make the air cooler. It was so freaking hot. He fell to the floor, and stared at the sky.
"Summer SUCKS."

message 7270: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) "You just are." Adira shrugged. "You don't guard your expressions or posture well enough. You have sort of branded yourself as a daughter of Poseidon."

message 7271: by Puddingtalk (Marie) (new)

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 5154 comments He moved his head so that Adria and Alice were in view. Pitifully, he moved his hand up and down, creating an icy wind in their direction, just for giggles.

message 7272: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) Adira shivered. She glared and looked around. She finally saw Kaleb and turned toward him. "What are you doing?" she asked him.

message 7273: by Puddingtalk (Marie) (new)

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 5154 comments His hand dropped on the grass. "Nothing." He said making a face.

message 7274: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) Adira looked at him. "No, not nothing. Tt was you who sent the cold wind wasn't it?"

message 7275: by Puddingtalk (Marie) (new)

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 5154 comments "Wha-a-me?!? How DARE you accuse me without evidence." He stood up and walked towards her. "It's preposterous! Outrageous! Absolutely bonkers!" He leaned over her. "If you think it was me, prove it." He challenged her.

message 7276: by goblin gender (last edited May 13, 2014 02:37PM) (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) "Body language. Need to defend yourself. The fact you didn't say that it wasn't you. Also, your hands are unnaturally still." Adira smiled. "That's plenty of evidence for me."

message 7277: by Puddingtalk (Marie) (new)

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 5154 comments Kaleb wrinkled his nose and crossed his arms. "And who the hell are you? Lady freaking Sherlock Holmes?" He said, baring his teeth. He was feeling super b****y today.

message 7278: by Puddingtalk (Marie) (new)

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 5154 comments ((Oh my god I just remembered who she was. Want me to bring in Wyett?))

message 7279: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) ((Lol, you can if you want.))

message 7280: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) "I have a similar sense of observation. Also you are really the easiest person to read I have ever seen," she said.

message 7281: by Puddingtalk (Marie) (new)

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 5154 comments "Oh really?" Kaleb spat, feeling revealed. "Well I'm getting all kinds of readings on you. I'm reading that you're a total BI-"
Large hands came from behind him and covered Kaleb' mouth. Instinctively, Kaleb screamed, and the large hands moved his head out of the way to make way for another head.
"Don't curse, you little shit. Is he pestering, Adria?" Wyett asked, still keeping Kaleb head locked.
"MUUUUMMPH!" Kaleb wailed.

message 7282: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) "Of course, most people at this camp are pestering. This one is a little more pestering than the others, though." Aidra looked at Kaleb like he was a rat. "Thank you."

message 7283: by Puddingtalk (Marie) (new)

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 5154 comments Kaleb looked at her with equal disgust and made his entire body temperature drop. Soon his skin was covered in ice, and Wyett jumped backwards, shaking off his hands.
"That should even be scientifically possible." He huffed. "No problem. And I agree completely."
Kaleb shook his body, which was now a pale blue, to get rid of ice. "Everything that goes on in this damn camp is scientifically impossible. So go suck it."

message 7284: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) Adira raised an eyebrow. "Actually, not everything. I think that anything magical can be broken down and thought about scientifically. Magic is always science that we can't explain, so we call it magic." She shrugged. "But I could be wrong."

message 7285: by Puddingtalk (Marie) (new)

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 5154 comments Wyett was about to agree wholeheartedly and go into a nerdy rant about magic, but Kaleb scoffed.
"Yeah, sure. Explain the Underworld. Why monsters come back to life. Actually don't. Please. I'd rather not be bored to tits." He rolled his eyes and put an arm around Wyett's shoulders. "Yooooooo lets do something fun."

message 7286: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) "I think that your definition of 'fun' is different from mine." She sighed. "But I am bored." She drummed her fingers on her leg.

message 7287: by Puddingtalk (Marie) (new)

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 5154 comments "Hey great. Something we have in common." Kaleb sneered. Wyett threw Kaleb's hand off his shoulder.
"What do you propose we do?" Wyett asked, pissed.
"Ummm... I dunno I was hoping you guys could think of something not boring."
Wyett knocked Kaleb upside the head. "What do you wanna do Adria?"

message 7288: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) "Not quite sure. Kaleb, why don't you go do something stupid and dangerous like you probably do everyday so we don't have to listen to you?"

message 7289: by Puddingtalk (Marie) (new)

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 5154 comments Kaleb stepped backs and acted like he was offended. "Oh my! The lady's having a go at me! How about we fight it out, eh?" Winds roared behind him. "Just for the hell of it." His eyes sparkled with malice.
Wyett put his hands on Kaleb's shoulders.
"How about we get lunch?" He said calmly.

message 7290: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) Aidra nodded. "Lunch sounds good," she said, completely ignoring Kaleb.

message 7291: by Puddingtalk (Marie) (new)

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 5154 comments "Great. Kaleb you aren't invited." Wyett said, already walking towards the dining pavilion.
Kaleb flicked ice out of his fingernail. "Yeah-wait what?!? Why not? I'm hungry!"
"Because I really don't like you." Wyett deadpanned.

message 7292: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) Aidra smiled and walked beside Wyett. "I don't like you either. Just saying to make sure it got through your thick skull."

message 7293: by Puddingtalk (Marie) (new)

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 5154 comments "I thought we already established that we don't like each other, Egghead." He flicked her off an followed them to the lunch room anyways.
Wyett sighed. "Why are you even coming if you don't like her?"
"I wanna piss you off. It's funny."
Wyett did his famous death glare, which he often used to ward off the younger Hecate kids from touching his books and experiments.
"How about you leave, or I will temporarily paralyze you."
Kaleb gave him a look and pranced away.
"See ya, mother f*****s!" He flicked them off and ran off.

message 7294: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) "You will not be missed!" Aidra called to him. She smiled. "I can't believe he was stupid enough to not realize that was in insult," she said under her breath.

message 7295: by Puddingtalk (Marie) (new)

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 5154 comments "I think he realized it, but I'm guessing that's something people tell him a lot. Must go straight pass him." Wyett narrowed his brow. "So. Did you hear about the mortals? They're creating lab grown tissue out of a single drop of blood. Isn't that awesome?" He asked, his eyes wide with excitement.

message 7296: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) "That's amazing!" Aidra hadn't been looking at mortals and their sciences lately, she was too focused on reading a book. "Honestly I think there is some hope for them," she said.

message 7297: by Puddingtalk (Marie) (new)

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 5154 comments "There's lots of hope. I like mortals. They're admirable, and pretty adaptable. Like the water bear. That's a bacteria that can survive under any conditions." He shook his head. "Anyways, what were you doing out here?"

message 7298: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) "I was seeing how people would react when they think that they're in mortal danger and can't figure out were it's coming from or who's putting them in danger," she said. "It was fun for me, also. But unfortunately I ran into my little brother and he figured out where I would go and redirected the knife. He hit my hand." She showed him her hand that was now covered in dried blood and a wound in the middle of her palm. "It was worth it."

message 7299: by Puddingtalk (Marie) (new)

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 5154 comments Wyett stared at it with a flabbergasted expression. "So... You were scaring people... And you got this cut?" He slowly pulled her hand up by her middle finger and scrutinized the cut. "Your little bro must be kind of an ass. But don't worry! I can fix it. It must hurt a little, I mean even if the hand has some of the thickest skin on the body."

message 7300: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) "He's not that bad, he actually sometimes acts like me,," Aidra said. "He didn't know that it was me or even if it was another demigod. Like I said, I was seeing how people would react in mortal danger. It did hurt, but I had to mask my pain to scare him a little more by acting like I didn't care."
