Megan stood in the field with her daggers. She was a little upset, but she didn't know why. She took a deep breath and threw her daggers at a near by tree, hitting it perfectly in the center.
Lee looked down as he felt the vibration of a dagger hitting the tree. He could tell by the force of the strike that it was either thrown of anger or determination. With ease, he swung out of the tree, just as at home as if he were a monkey. He hit the ground lightly and smiled broadly at her. "Hey, I've never seen you before? What's your name?"
Megan jumped and almost threw her other dagger at. "Gods, you scared me." She took a second to recollect her. "That's cause I'm not much of a social bug." She said and threw her last dagger into the same tree, right next him. "The names Megan." He stated as she walked over to grab her daggers, watching hi carefully.
"I'm Lee." He said. The dagger quivered in the tree. He pulled it out and flipped it a couple times before handing it back to her, hilt first. "Nice knives you got there."
Megan carefully took the dagger from him. "Thanks." She pulled out the rest of them and put them on her belt. Megan stepped back from the tree farther then she was before. "If I were you, I'd move away from that tree. Some times I tend to not have the greatest of aim." She smirked and pulled out one of her daggers again.
"Is that so?" I asked. Then I leaned cheekily against the tree, inviting her to try her aim. I was confident enough in my reflexes to dodge it, so I figured why not? "And if I don't move?"
"I guess you mightjust lose your eye or something." She shrugged and turne 360 degrees and threw the dagger at the tree, just barely missing him. "ya know i'll probably just laugh if i hit you. Thought id let you know." she shrugged and went to throw another one.
"That's alright." I say, shrugging. "It's not the first time I've had knives thrown at me."
"oh is that often then? She asked as she threw the next one. this time this one was only a couple inches from his face.
I barely batted an eye at the knife. I was feeling like I was pushing my luck. "Eh. 'Bout once or twice a week." I say with a grin. "Let's just say I have fast reflexes. If you can dodge a knife, you can definitely dodge a ball. Which is why I am a beast at dodgeball."
The next dagger she threw would've hit him, but it was just a hair of. She grinned a little and rolled her eyes. "Im just going to take a wild guess and say that your either a son of Hermes or Ares because you're really annoying and cocky." She stated and walked back over to grab her daggers again.
Umber ran around the feild. He was running in intervals, and it was time for him to sprint. He took a deep breath and sped off, a cloud of dirt and grass behind him. He was only a blur to the other demigods nearby. I really I hope I don't trip and fall he thought to himself, thinking about how his brother got a split lip when he exceeded 50 miles per hour. He cringed and ran on.
Fern was walking through the Feild when suddenly, a blurry figure came running directly towards her. Her eyes widened.
Just in time Umber swearved out of the way, and tried with all his might to slow himself down. His legs came to a slight slow as he fell right on his back, his legs thrown into the air. Out of breath, he weezed. "Are you okay?" He asked the girl
She was still a bit shocked at what nearly happened but managed to overcome it and looked down at the boy who turned out to be the blurry figure. "I'm fine, thanks." She smiled, "Are you?"((Sorry I took long, I'm back for real.))
Umber stared at the sky, his head pounding with exhaustion. "Give me a minute...." He stared at the sky for almost ten minutes until he gained energy to sit up. Sweat pouring down his face, he smiled sheepishly at the newcomer. "Hiya. Im Umber. Whats your name?"
She watched him get up, " I'm Fern." She paused and looked at him inquisitively, "Where were you heading off to so fast?"
"I was excercising. Now I want food." He laid down on the grass. "Do you have food?" He looked at her with puppy dog eyes.
Fern raised her eyebrow and said teasingly, "Does it look like I have food on me?" Her golden brown eyes amused.
"Yes..... no. I was hoping you were a like a goddess of cheeseburgers and fries. It was wishful thinking." His belly let out a sharp growl. "Whoa." he rubbed his stomach. "Calm down. "
She laughed and took out something from her leather bag. "Here," she threw it at him.
"Oh my gods..." He looked at her in awe. "Can I marry you?"
She smirked playfully, "First you have to take me on a date then after awhile, yes you can."
"Mmkay." He said, in a complete daze. "Whats in the bag? Is it a cheeseburger?"
Shrugging, she said, "I don't know, it's an enchanted bag I got from one of the sytris in the beginning of the year. You choose whatever you want and each in, you'll take out what you want."
"Holy Hera..." Umber's eyes gleamed like stars. "You really are a goddess. Thanks."
"No problem, you can keep it."
"Keep it?" He stared at her. "But you got it from somewhere special." He put his hand in the bag and pulled out a cheesburger dripping in grease. "Ahhhh..." His eyes watered at the sight. "Its so beautiful...." He took an bite, savoring every last flavor.
Fern shrugged and looked at him. "I can get it somewhere elsewhere. Plus this girl right here," she pointed to herself. "rarely has much appetite thanks to my mom."
"That suckssss. I love eating. Food is digestible happiness." He took another bite. "You can get it somewhere else?!? Where did get it again?"

"You're pretty good with those knives. I don't know anyone who can throw that good."
(And it's ok, I usually can't get on at home because I have no Internet.)
"That's what I thought. Oh and I never said you were awesome and said you were annoying." Megan couldn't help but grin a little and roll her eyes. "Thanks, i guess you could this is what I do in my free time." She pulled the daggers out of the tree.
