Do u read like this ,indian book/foreign book?If i remove the constraints here ,I am starting 'Mother' by 'Maxim Gorky'
I'm afraid you nominated a foreign book in the thread for Indian books.
Yes, being an indian readers group, we do like to insist on at least one indian read in every group read. This is not to discriminate against one another. There is a separate thread for a non-Indian read as well, u can suggest Mother there.

I see that 26th July has flown by and we don't even have 5 nominations for each category - could I nominate a couple of more books? Or shall we wait? I'm fine with both :)
